Overdraft Privilege Service

New Regulatory Requirements: ODP Opt-In 2010

Important information concerning your Overdraft Privilege account:

New regulations, effective for new accounts on July 1, 2010 and for existing accounts on August 15, 2010, require that accountholders give affirmative consent, or “opt-in” to having their non-sufficient funds transactions approved for ATM and everyday debit card transactions.

To continue the Overdraft Privilege service for ATM and debit card transactions you are required to Opt-In or give affirmative consent to the service by July 1, 2010, for new accounts and August 15, 2010 for existing accounts.

For your convenience, choose to “Opt-in” to the Overdraft Privilege service today.

Through your consent, opting in, you will not encounter any disruptions to your present Overdraft Privilege services.

To change your consent opting out will remove authorization for Citizens Trust Bank to approve ATM and everyday debit card transactions.

The Citizens Trust Bank Overdraft Privilege will continue to be available for checks, ACH, and automatic bill payments unless you do not want to participate in the Overdraft Privilege service in its entirety. Contact Citizens Trust Bank Customer Service (678) 406-4000 to be removed from the Overdraft Privilege Service or visit any one of our convenient Financial Center locations.
