This communication is to inform you that the Citizens Trust Bank VISA Credit Card Mobile application, CTBMobile Credit Card App will be sunsetting on October 1, 2023. We are sharing this notice to not disrupt your service and give you time transition to the next generation of our Mobile Credit Card platform experience.

This change will affect the existing VISA Credit Card MyCardStatement customers who access a mobile view of the MyCardStatement application. Currently the mobile app is used to perform a variety of credit card account management functions including:

• Viewing Credit Card account information and transactions,
• Managing account payments, as well as
• Setting up credit card account controls, including locking/unlocking accessibility features.

We  remain committed to providing you with innovative banking solutions,  tools and resources that meet your financial needs. In 2024, you will  experience the new mobile  version of MyCardStatement mobile app with an updated user experience  better than ever before. We look forward to sharing more news about the  new mobile experience as its development progresses and welcome  customers who haven’t taken advantage of the new mobile  Credit Card application to give it a try.

• The CTBMobile Credit Card Application, CTBMobile Credit Card is no longer available from download.
• If the application is deleted from the device(s), it cannot be downloaded again after October 1st.
• If the customer’s device undergoes any operating system updates; this could impact the use of the application post upgrade.
• CTB VISA Credit Card customers have 24hour access to their credit account online by directly signing into the MyCardStatement website: www.mycardstatement.com. The same username and password will be recognized when your customer’s log directly into the MyCardStatement website.
• Customers will be able to view and perform all the same information and functions they do today, apart from the card control management feature, which is currently not available with direct website access. MyCardStatement also uses mobile responsive screens to enhance the experience for users accessing the website via their mobile device.
