Gather and electronically save all the required checklist items to a convenient location on your home or office computer. You will be required to UPLOAD these documents through the Better Business Loan Application secure link along with your completed loan application.
As part of the application, the authorized representative of the Applicant must certify in good faith to all of the statements listed on the Borrower Certifications.
The information gathered from the Borrower Checklist should be used to complete the Better Business Loan Amount Calculation Worksheet. Completion of this information is required to process your loan request
The completed Borrowing Resolution documentation approves the business to engage in debt and denotes all signers associated with the loan transaction. The Borrowing Resolution is not required for self-employed individuals. Your own company resolution format is also acceptable.

By submitting a DeKalb Better Business Loan application, applicant(s) agree that the application is not complete until Citizens Trust Bank has received all of the fully executed, required documents listed above and the loan application includes the DeKalb Better Business Loan webinar attendance code.
