GENERAL INFORMATION

Your 10-digit account number was disclosed at account opening and is displayed on your Citizens Trust Bank Signature Card. For your security, your account number has been truncated to show only the last 4-digits when viewing your accounts in Citizens Trust Bank Online Banking.

If you did not receive, have lost or misplaced your account Signature Card please contact Citizens Trust Bank Customer Service at 678.406.4000 for further assistance.

If your Online Banking Password has expired – login into Citizens Trust Bank Online Banking account to change or update your password. Once updated, the new password can and should be used to access your CTB Mobile accounts (CTBMobile).

No. Use the same Online Banking user ID and password. If you change your Online Banking password, the Mobile Banking password will automatically change as well.

eSTATEMENTS

Immediately after opening your new Citizens Trust Bank checking or savings account, ENROLL in eStatements to avoid the $5 statement delivery fee.

Your Citizens Trust Bank account eStatement can be viewed from Online Banking from the “Accounts” screen.

  • CLICK the “Documents” tab on the main NAV MENU
    At any displayed Citizens Trust Bank account
  • CLICK either “Last Statement” or ” All Statements” links to view requested account statement.

TRAVEL PLANS? LET US KNOW

Yes. Unexpected card use outside of your normal area or overseas can cause your card to be temporarily blocked until we confirm with you that the use is valid. We have implemented a monitoring system to help guard your credit cards and debit cards against fraudulent activity.

TIPS FOR TRAVELING ABROAD

OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGES

  • Overdraft Privilege is a discretionary service provided to eligible customers. It is designed to help guard customers against having items returned by our bank. At the discretion of Citizens Trust Bank, each eligible customer is provided a specific Overdraft Privilege limit depending on the type of account they have. NSF/Overdraft fees are included in the Overdraft Privilege limit.
  • The exact overdraft amount can be transferred from your savings to your checking account
  • Low $5.00 fee for each overdraft

DEBIT CARD SERVICES

Your Mastercard ATM card or debit card does not expire if activated within 90 days. Cards not activated within the 90 day period will have to be reordered. Please call the Citizens Trust Bank Customer Service or visit a financial center to order a new card.
