ONLINE BANKING

Online banking has now been updated. Your username will be the same, but you will use a temporary password to login the first time.

Your temporary password will be the last six digits of your social security number.

MOBILE BANKING

Our new mobile app CTBMobile was released on July 13, 2020.

Before using the new mobile banking, please login online at www.ctbconnect.com to reset your password.

If you are using the old version of the Citizens Trust Bank mobile app, CTBMobile please delete this version and install the new one.

YOUR CONTACT PHONE NUMBER

If you’ve changed your number recently, let us know. When logging on the new online banking, you will verify your identity using this phone number.

BILL PAY and TRANSFERS

Your existing Bill Pay and ACH settings will move to the new online banking.

STATEMENTS

Checking Account Customers

You received two (2) statements in the month of July. The first statement was produced on July 10th during conversion. The second statement was produced on your normal monthly statement day July 31th and month end, thereafter. Regular fees will apply.

Savings Account Customers

You received two (2) statements in the month of July. The first statement was produced July 10th during conversion. Your next statement will be produced on September 30th, and all statements thereafter will be generated on a quarterly basis, unless you have electronic activity during a given month for which a statement will be generated at the end of that month. Interest payment and fee assessment will continue to occur and post at the end of each month.

 

FAQ's

Your temporary password is the last six digits of your social security number. You will need to reset your password to continue. You will need to login using a web browser before using the new Citizens Trust Bank Bank mobile app, CTBMobile.

There is one of two possibilities:

  1. Check to make sure you are using the correct username. If you have accidentally typed the wrong   username, the phone numbers listed will not be accurate.
  2. We do not have an accurate phone number on record for you. If the number(s) presented are unrecognizable email us Ctbcustomeronlinebanking@ctbatl.com to update your account profile with the appropriate phone number information.

Yes. Your same bank account number(s) you have currently for checking, savings, money market, CDs, IRAs, and loans.

Yes, your current checks will work as normal.

Yes. You may continue to use your current debit card throughout conversion and at all times thereafter. You will not need a new debit card.

Since your account number is not changing, all current direct deposits or automatic drafts will continue to be processed normally.
