Foremost, I hope you and your families are safe and well.  We are facing unprecedented times that are presenting significant challenges for all, but one thing hasn’t changed, our resilience to fight through tough situations.  We survived the great recession and we will, in lock step with our customers, survive this as well.

We are aware of the economic impact the ongoing COVID-19 may have on our customers and their businesses.  We want to put your mind at ease, Citizens Trust Bank is actively preparing and committed to address your needs. Each customer or business has its own unique set of circumstances, and we want to work with you personally to provide a solution that is right for you or your business.

We understand this situation is fluid and will stay in close contact with you, as we hope you will do with us, regarding updates on how we move forward.

We encourage the use of electronic transactions whenever possible.Our digital tools are available to assist you in accessing your accounts and conducting other banking transactions, including online account opening and loan applications.  These tools provide access 24-hour, seven days a week.  Of course, you can always reach one of our friendly customer service representatives by telephone to assist in any way.

    In-person requests at the Citizens Trust Bank financial centers are available by appointment:

    • Services such as, however not limited to Commercial and business requests, and Safe deposit box access are available for assistance by appointment only.

  • Contact the Customer Contact Center at 678.406.4000 or 1.888.214.3099 for direct contact to our Financial Centers.

 

  • If you plan to visit a financial center, our teams are taking extra precautions to frequently sanitize our facilities based on recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and other health professionals.

 

We all can help reduce the spread of COVID-19. Keep yourself and our community healthy.
REMEMBER TO:
PRACTICE Social Distancing

  • Stay at home as much as possible
  • Keep six feet of distance from others in public
  • Avoid large gatherings or events
  • Avoid unnecessary appointments 
  • Cancel unnecessary travel plans

WASH Your Hands and COVER Your Cough

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
LOOKOUT for Those At-Risk

  • Avoid visiting those most at risk
  • Offer your help in getting those at risk groceries and other goods
  • Take special caution to avoid exposing those most at risk
